Refund Policy

REQUEST A REFUND FOR THE SERVICE OR PRODUCT

Each affiliate has the right to a refund of the fees paid for the purchase of products/materials or services, in the event that they do not meet the characteristics declared by Wisdom Guardians LLC, within 7 (seven) days of their receipt by sending a specific email with subject: “Refund request” to this email address: info@wisdomguardians.com

The request must be accompanied by any explanatory photos and/or detailed indications of the mismatch in the characteristics of the product/service declared by Wisdom Guardians LLC. The refund will be made by within 7 (seven) days following receipt of the request. In the event that the defects concern gift products, Wisdom Guardians LLC may request the return of the same before making the refund according to the methods that it will indicate to the customer via specific e-mail.
